The Monticello is the "big brother" of our popular Manhattan TV Lift Cabinet. Where the Manhattan is made for up to 46" Flat Screen TVs, the Monticello can hold TV's up to 52", and some 55" TVs. It has light cherry finish with finely detailed inlayed woodwork on the front door panels. This woodworking detail really sets the Monticello apart from all our other cabinets. You'll really be wowed by the beauty of the wood. Of course the Monticello has Touchstone’s lift system and universal mounting system for your flat-screen TV. The Monticello can hold your plasma and LCD televisions up to 55” wide by 32.5” tall by 6.5" deep. Behind the front doors of the cabinet is storage space for you DVD movie boxes, game boxes and decorative items. The bottom shelf goes to the back of the cabinet, creating room for your Satellite, Cable or Home Theater System. The cabinet is equipped with sliding rear panels for easy access to your TV connections.

The Monticello is manufactured with a 7-step wood finishing, delivering the highest quality cherry finish. All Touchstone cabinets are built with kiln dried hard wood, hardwood veneers and tropical hardwoods.

Delivery & Installation

The cabinet is delivered to your home where our whiteglove installers will place it in your designated location in the room of your choice. They don't leave until you're happy with location and condition of the cabinet. The Lift Mechanism

The Monticello features Touchstone’s patented lift mechanism for LCD Flat Screen and Plasma Flat Screen TVs, with programmable up and down heights, and a quiet and smooth lift. You will be contacted by our customer service staff before your cabinet is shipped, so we can make sure your TV will work with our cabinets, and that the proper hardware is included with your delivery.

The Remote

The Monticello includes an Infra-Red wireless remote control that controls the cabinet’s patented lift mechanism. Auto power off for your TV is controlled via the remote and a 4 port power strip inside the cabinet. The power to this strip is turned off when the cabinets is placed in a down position for a short period of time. An Infra-Red repeater remote, required for operating your Cable Box, Satellite Box, Home Theater or DVD player in a closed cabinet is available as well for $199. There are only two moving parts and the electronics are separate from the lift itself, so lift service issues are easy to address.
